Registration

General Information:
IPISLC's programs are open to mental health professionals or students who are interested in psychodynamic, psychoanalytic or object relations theory. Our training events are attended by a diverse body of participants at various levels of experience, from all mental health disciplines. IPISLC does not discriminate against registrants on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, gender, sexual preference or physical handicap.

Registration Procedures:
Register early to receive advance readings.
Please note that readings are provided for many of IPISLC's programs. To receive them in time, early registration is recommended.

  • For conferences with limited seating, pre-paid registration (by mail or by online payment) is required.
  • For conferences without limited seating, same-day in-person registration will be permitted with an additional $15 fee.
  • To register in advance for any of IPISLC's training events, you may either register and pay by mail, or online.
  • To pay by mail, download the '2017-2018 Registration' form listed on our Downloads Page, print it, fill it out, and send it with your check to IPISLC, 150 S. 600 E, #5C, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102.   • All registrations by mail must be accompanied by payment.
  • Make checks payable to IPI SLC
  • To register and pay online, use the online payment page. If you pay online, you do not need to mail in a registration form separately.
  • Unless otherwise noted, registration will be possible at the site of IPISLC's training events, on the day of the event, space permitting.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are an agency registering for one or more individuals, please send an email to ashley.mason@gmail.com identifying the registrants' names.

Late Registration Policy - For Full-Day Conferences Only:

Registrations for IPI's full-day conferences that are received less than one week prior to the conference will be charged an additional $25 ($15 for full-time students)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: full refund of registration fee, minus a $20 non-refundable processing fee
  • Cancellations made between one week and 30 days in advance: 50% refund of registration fee
  • Cancellations made less than one week in advance will not be refunded.

IPISLC reserves the right to cancel conferences or programs in the case of insufficient registration or other unforeseeable circumstances. In the event of cancellation by IPISLC, registrants will be notified and all fees refunded in full. IPISLC accepts no further liability to students, faculty or guest speakers.
